Thanks to the volunteers from International Paper Company, Jim Allen Elementary's Nature Trail is a safer, more attractive, inviting place. The volunteers spent the day cleaning and repairing the Kaylie Hollis Memorial Nature Trail. Two hurricanes and a couple of tropical storms had wreaked havoc to the trail in the past year.

The first couple of pictures show the entrance to the trail before they began. I couldn't get to the first turn in the trail. But when the children return to school Monday they will be thrilled to be able to enjoy the peaceful and beautiful side of nature once more.
